My Treat is operated by My Treat LLC. This page describes our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), as required by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. These standards apply to the My Treat mobile apps and to all content and communication on the platform.
My Treat prohibits any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms a child. This includes, without limitation:
Violations result in immediate, permanent removal from the platform.
My Treat is restricted to adults 18 and older. Age is gated at signup: every new account must provide a date of birth, and signups under 18 are blocked. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed when identified. All meetups organized through the platform take place at public venues.
Every user can report any user, post, or message directly inside the app, and can block any user to prevent further contact. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team. See our Community Guidelines for how reporting and enforcement work.
Contact local law enforcement first. In the United States you can also contact the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678.
When we identify apparent CSAM or credible evidence of child sexual abuse or exploitation, we preserve the relevant material as required, remove it from the platform, terminate the accounts involved, and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement in accordance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. 2258A.
My Treat LLC complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where the app is offered, including United States federal law on the reporting of apparent child sexual abuse material.

Reports sent to this contact are reviewed within 1 business day.
We may update these standards as laws and platform policies evolve. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
